Legal Experts Give Training on Labor Dispute Prevention& Mediation
ACFIC Vice Chairman Xie Jingrong said that corporate labor dispute mediation by Chambers of Commerce has achieved remarkable results and has great development potential thanks to their continuously expanding networks and tightening of regulation, enhanced teamwork quality, and mediation method innovation.
Xie made the remarks at the training session for prevention and mediation of labor disputes in private enterprises cum the Fifth Meeting of the 11th ACFIC Legal Committee in Ningbo of east China’s Zhejiang Province from July 24 to 27.
Over 170 people participants, including the Legal Committee members, and representatives of enterprises, ACFIC directly-associated Chambers of Commerce and provincial and municipal Federations of Industry and Commerce, attended lectures on policy interpretation, on-line mediation tutoring, and visited a county FIC, a township COC, and two local enterprises for research and expertise exchange.
ACFIC Legal Committee held in-depth discussions on how to fully tap its advantages as a think tank as well as credit construction in private enterprises and implementation of the Labor Contract Law. They also put forth proposals on FICs’ legal service in the coming period.
